Soil Remediation and Sustainable Land Management

Our experts in soil quality, circular economy and waste are working on projects aimed at ensuring healthy and sustainable use of the soil and safe storage or circular use of waste materials.

Our services include soil research, also in terms of asbestos, archaeology, undetonated explosives, and cables and pipelines, as well as preparation and support of soil remediation, design and control of waste storage facilities and studies for materials reuse.

We have made important contributions to a number of iconic projects in the Netherlands. For instance the Vogelmeerpolder, a severely polluted landfill site near Amsterdam. We are also part of Surf-NL, a platform for sustainable remediation, and are part of the PFAS expertise centre, collecting and sharing knowledge about new and emerging substances. Based on this experience, we can rightfully say that we are one of the top players in this area of expertise in the Netherlands.
