At Witteveen+Bos, you’ll develop yourself first of all by learning on the job. By being challenged on projects and applying and expanding your knowledge and skills on them, you’ll learn more – faster. You’ll also learn from experienced colleagues on projects. To supplement this, we stimulate your development with an extensive offering of internal and external training opportunities.
We offer a wide range of in-house training courses aimed at strengthening personal, social, commercial and leadership skills. You attend these courses in groups, with each group reflecting the diversity present in our organisation. This means you’ll not only get to know colleagues from other disciplines, but you’ll also gain a broader view of our organisation and build up a valuable network. The content and level of these courses are tailored to your goals and the stage of your career you find yourself in. Often, a personal development plan forms part of a course, for which you’ll obtain feedback from your manager and immediate colleagues.

What employee benefits do you offer?
Our salaries are in line with market norms and depend on the level and the relevance of your education and any work experience you have already acquired. Holiday pay equals 8% of gross annual salary. At Witteveen+Bos we have a profit-sharing scheme. Employees who excel, in any way whatsoever, may also qualify for a bonus.
Witteveen+Bos is a company wholly owned by its employees. This is not merely a slogan, but is reflected in our ownership structure. All shares in our company are held by our employees. Every employee with an open-ended employment contract can become a co-owner and, in due course, possibly even a partner or senior partner.
You are entitled to at least 28.5 days of leave each year. Witteveen+Bos provides allowances for commuting and relocation/refurbishing expenses, and in certain cases an allowance for entertainment expenses.
We support our employees in their personal development by providing a study scheme. This includes an allowance for the cost of the course and examination fees plus extra leave. Besides external training courses, we organise a wide range of internal courses.
