Witteveen+Bos provides advice and designs in the fields of water, infrastructure, the environment, and construction. We exploit our first-rate expertise to solve complex issues while remaining an engaged partner to our clients. A team of teams
The almost 5,000 projects we work on each year, utilising a wide range of backgrounds and areas of expertise, are becoming increasingly larger and more complex. This demands an integrated and multidisciplinary approach.
Our international product-market combinations (PMC model) mean that we are a large team made up of smaller teams. This manner of organisation stimulates collaboration and entrepreneurship among our specialists, but also among clients, administrators and other stakeholders, while also ensuring maximum efficiency.

This system of organisation makes demands on our way of working, which is why we are guided by three core qualities – expert, reliable and engaged – that we consistently strive to uphold.
Expert
Being an expert begins with a genuine love of the profession – with wanting to know everything there is to know about the field. It also means continuous learning and innovation. This is how we manage to remain a top-class firm.
Reliable
We see every project as a vote of confidence in the added value we provide, with each of our clients representing an element of society. We strive, therefore, for sustainable collaborations. These can only be achieved through mutual trust, with reliability being the key.
Engaged
Our high level of engagement means that we look beyond the assignment we are given. We are enterprising in the solutions we devise and have an eye for the bigger picture. We engage with the tasks faced by society and our clients, and we engage with each other as colleagues.
