Noise from industry and infrastructure can have a major impact on the quality of our living environment. For years we have been conducting research into and advising on various types of noise and noise nuisance. Our specialists have specific knowledge of infrastructure noise, industrial noise, vibrations and low frequency noise, vibrations along the track, construction noise, room acoustics and wind turbine noise. Combined with noise measurements and calculation models, we visualise the (expected) acoustic situation of a project and the effects of any noise reduction measure. In doing so, we work closely with our clients. Our advice often forms part of integral projects such as permit applications, environmental impact assessments and spatial plans.
