Application process

Below, you can read about our application procedure and what you can expect from us.

Your application

Are you enthusiastic about a vacancy you have seen? Then we would like to invite you to apply! In addition to your personal details, we ask you to upload a cover letter and curriculum vitae.

Can't find a vacancy that matches your interests and ambitions? You can always send an open application. We will explore whether there are any opportunities that match your background and ambitions.

2. Selection

We will review your application and let you know as soon as possible whether we see a match and would like to explore further opportunities together. We aim to provide you with initial feedback within three weeks.

3. First interview

Does it appear to be a good match? Then we will invite you for a first interview. During this interview, you will meet two Witteveen+Bos employees: your future manager and a colleague from the team. Do they have a positive impression of you, and do you have a positive impression of us? Then we will continue the conversation.

4. Second interview

We will continue this process in a second interview, where you will also get to know other future colleagues. We will go into more detail with a senior manager, while the HR advisor will update you on our terms of employment.

5. Our offer

Are we both enthusiastic? Then we will make you an offer to join us. This offer will be based on the agreements we made during the employment conditions interview.

6. Welcome to Witteveen+Bos!

Do you agree with our offer? Then we will proceed to sign the contract. You are now officially a Witteveen+Bos employee! Get ready to pursue your ambitions with us and help shape the future.
