2. How can 3D concrete printing accelerate the construction of houses?

Maartje Hoogeveen works as a structural engineer in the Digital Construction team. She works daily on innovative techniques such as 3D concrete printing.

'By 2030, we want to have almost 1 million homes built. It could very well be that this technology will play an important role in making the housing task a reality,' says Maartje.

3. How does data form the basis for future-proof cities?

In this episode, Eva Geerlings. She works as a Sustainable Area Development and Geodata Advisor and deals with designing healthy cities on a daily basis.

'If we continue the way we are working now, we will not achieve the desired 75,000 homes per year to meet the housing demand. I think digital tools and data can help us work more efficiently and collaborate smarter. This way, we can get projects off the ground faster,'  Eva said.
