Assets Performance Measurement System

Infrastructure is used intensively in our crowded world. The reliability and availability of our assets, such as moveable bridges and locks, is therefore becoming increasingly important. When an asset is not performing, the consequences are immediately visible. Think, for instance, of long traffic jams, overcrowded stations or a non-functioning port. The Assets Performance Measurement System is suitable for civil assets and provides insight into their performance.

Insight into the performance of civil assets

There are civil assets all over the country. As users and managers, you want these to always work when needed; for example, a bridge should always open when a boat arrives. Object managers of these assets increasingly lay down the required performance of assets in contracts towards service providers. But how can you then monitor performance? And are the requirements realistic? Asset data can give the manager many new insights.

Currently, much data is collected real-time from the assets by the software in the existing installations. We can unlock this data for managers. With our in-house developed platform, we can then analyse, interpret and visualise the data, providing valuable information.

Assets Performance Measurement System

Our multidisciplinary team has knowledge of control systems, data processing and asset management. Together, they have developed the Assets Performance Measurement System. Based on real-time data, this system makes the performance of assets visible via a dashboard. Our engineers work with self-programmed scripts that automate the interpretation and visualisation of the data. With the Assets Performance Measurement System, managers can see how the objects in the area are performing at the push of a button.

Advantages Assets Performance Measurement System

The performance measured is real-time and objective. By using the Assets Performance Measurement System, managers gain insight into the performance of their assets. This makes it easier to organise maintenance. You can also use it to monitor the service provider's services, but also to adjust set requirements and goals to actual practice. Deviations from the contract are visualised at a glance: as a manager, you pay purely for the performance delivered.

Why Assets Performance Measurement System?

Overview

Visualised performance and deviations of your asset at a glance.

Quick insight

The system gives very quick insight into the type of failures and failure duration per project.

Objective recording performance

Failures are recorded unambiguously with regard to whether or not the system functions in accordance with contract agreements.
