How does our application process work?

1. Apply

Excited about the vacancy? Click the Apply now button and leave your details. Once you’ve hit submit, it’s our turn.

2. Selection

We review your application as quickly as possible and contact you by phone to see whether there’s a match and to discuss next steps together.

3. First interview

You’ll be invited for a first interview with two colleagues from Witteveen+Bos: your potential line manager and someone from HR. We’re keen to get to know who you are and to explore what we can mean for each other.

4. Second interview

After a positive first interview, we invite you for a second conversation. We want to get to know you better, so both sides can be sure there’s a good fit between you and Witteveen+Bos. During this meeting, we also explain our employment conditions.

5. Offer

We’re both enthusiastic, so we make you an offer. This is based on the agreements made during the discussion of employment conditions.

6. Welcome to Witteveen+Bos!

Once you’ve accepted the offer and signed the contract, it’s official: you’re a Witteveen+Bos colleague. Get ready to realise your ambitions with us and help shape the future. We’ll provide you with all the information you need for your first working day.
