During my internship, I dealt with various facility tasks, such as front office, hospitality, building maintenance and searching for the right coffee supplier with sustainability and cost in mind.

Additionally, I researched how to improve communication and efficiency in TOPdesk - our internal ticketing system, with a focus on inter-office collaboration. What appeals to me in this field is the interaction with people and creating an efficient and pleasant working environment.

This internship further strengthened my interest in the facilities sector. My colleagues generously shared their professional knowledge, which gave me valuable insights into the different tasks and roles. I am grateful for the guidance and proud of my period at Witteveen+Bos. I look forward to developing further in this field.
