The N35 and N348 motorways intersect in Raalte. Plans to improve traffic flow and road safety have been in the works for years. Witteveen+Bos will be responsible for the entire planning procedure for the N35-N348 ‘Knooppunt Raalte’, leading to a project decision for a new design with a railway underpass and cycle connections.
