Gross salary
The remuneration package primarily consists of a gross salary, determined by your education level and relevant work experience. Your annual salary equals 13.92 times the monthly salary, including a 13th month and double holiday pay. Your salary is reviewed annually during the salary review cycle, based on your development and performance.
Mobility budget
We offer a mobility budget to cover commuting expenses. This budget is an alternative to a company car and can be allocated across three pillars: an environmentally friendly company car, sustainable mobility and housing costs, or cash. The amount of the mobility budget depends on your salary. Check out for more information.
Remote work and home office allowance
As a Witteveen+Bos employee, you may work from home up to two days per week in a full-time role.
We reimburse home office costs such as electricity, heating, internet and small office equipment through a fixed monthly net allowance. Employees who are not eligible for remote work receive an equivalent benefit.
Meal vouchers
You receive a meal voucher worth €8 per working day, with a personal contribution of €1.09.
Group insurance
We offer a group insurance scheme through which we, as an employer, contribute to your supplementary pension.
Eco vouchers
The legally required eco vouchers are converted into additional pension savings.
Hospitalisation insurance
As a Witteveen+Bos employee, you are automatically and free of charge insured under our DKV hospitalisation insurance. You may include your partner and children at a favourable rate.
Working hours
A full-time position corresponds to a 40-hour working week. Part-time employment is also possible.
Leave
All full-time employees are entitled to 20 statutory leave days, supplemented with 12 ADV (working time reduction) days per year.
Profit sharing
Our organisation operates a profit-sharing scheme. Every employee contributes to the success of Witteveen+Bos and therefore shares in the profit. Exceptional performance may additionally be rewarded with a bonus.
