I am Gil Croonen and I am 25 years old. I studied structural engineering and started at Witteveen+Bos as a structural engineer. In fact I’m a stability engineer focussing on concrete and steel structures. I am particularly fascinated by complex and multidisciplinary projects.
The biggest asset of working at Witteveen+Bos is our culture. We are all working together in multidisciplinary project teams realizing challenging projects. Our goal: deliver high-quality products.
In my opinion our corporate structure is a plus. There is a very open and friendly atmosphere. What's more, if there are any questions, you can easily discuss them with colleagues. All employees pull the same strings, and are always willing to assist each other with advice or support.
Finally, individual interests and ambitions are also very much taken into account. You are treated as an individual who adds added value in project teams. On the other hand it is a plus when shaping your career in the longer term.
