Even during my onboarding period, projects have been diverse
Hallo, I'm Yarn Cools and I joined Witteveen+Bos at the beginning of September 2021 after doing an internship here last year. During my internship, I really enjoyed being able to work on many different studies, and that was what persuaded me to start working for a consultancy firm.
Even during my onboarding period, the projects have been very diverse, and I can say what I am interested in. Which can be quite a quest. But I love taking the initiative, something that is very much encouraged here. And there's always a team ready to help if you have any questions.
Having only just joined the company, I haven't met everyone yet. However, I was fortunate to be able to attend the staff party and experience how open everyone is here.
