Fish Feed Factory

In 2017, W+B staff was seconded to Koudijs Ghana Ltd (De Heus) to assist with preparations for the implementation of the Fish Feed Factory Project. Prior to that, Witteveen+Bos had assisted with the preparation of concept designs for the project. Activities during the secondment for Koudijs Ghana Ltd encompassed:

• site selection surveys
• preparation of tender document (FIDIC silver book)
• assistance with the registration of land title
• review/checking of designs submitted by third parties
• assistance with negotiations and meetings with contractors, supervision, evaluation of tenders
