A9 Motorway from Badhoevedorp to Holendrecht

The expansion of the A9 motorway near Amstelveen is part of the SchipholAmsterdam-Almere (SAA) programme. Since 2014, Witteveen+Bos and the Directorate-General of Public Works and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat) have been working on the integrated design and plan development for the route decision, which was signed by the Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment in March 2017. It is now time for the preparation of contract documents, the tender procedure, and the performance of work. Witteveen+Bos contributes to the next phase and will staff the Rijkswaterstaat technical team that is to provide all technical support during the 2017-2025 period. The commission includes drawing up documents for the DBFM contract, supervising the call for tenders, the dialogue phase, the performance of work and the provision of back-office support, and eventually overseeing the completion and delivery phase.
