25 years of Brabant hospitality

On 1 January 2019, the Witteveen+Bos office in Breda celebrated its 25th anniversary. At various stages throughout this anniversary year we will be celebrating this milestone with everyone who is or has been involved in the office: from colleagues and former colleagues to clients, partners and students.

The Breda office opened as a relaunch of the Bergen op Zoom office, due to its strategic location in relation to the larger municipalities in Brabant and good accessibility from Zeeland. Twelve colleagues originally started at the first office on Tramsingel, which later relocated to Chasséveld and Willemstraat. Since then, the office has grown to about 55 colleagues, who have been working at the current location on Stationsweg for 2.5 years. The nature of the activities has also changed over the years. Originally home to a wide range of different expertise, the Breda office started to specialise in specific market segments such as the advising industry, urban development and dry infrastructure. But, over the years, the hallmark of the office has remained unchanged: its Brabant hospitality. This hospitality is also reflected in the working style: building strong customer relationships in the Brabant and Zeeland regions is very important to us. Over the next 25 years, we are committed to playing our part in the creation of a circular economy, healthy and clean mobility, the reduction of CO2 emissions and the energy transition.

In 2019 we will be celebrating the silver jubilee with events such as a congress, workshops and themed sessions. This way, it will be a celebration for everyone who is or has been involved in this office.
