Dredging

Witteveen+Bos’ expertise in dredging includes all consultancy work related to dredging in the widest sense of the word. This covers the excavation of underwater sediments, transporting the dredged material, processing it if required, and depositing it at the desired location.

Dredging is carried out along the coast and in ports, rivers, canals, lakes and water reservoirs. The dredging spoil is transported to and deposited at disposal sites or as underwater sediment, or used in land reclamation projects.
