The Ports and Waterways PMC offers strategic advice and produces master plans and financial and economic feasibility studies for port development. We design seaward infrastructure and infrastructure for inland shipping terminals, such as quay walls and landings. We also analyse nautical aspects of waterways, and analyse inland and maritime shipping traffic for berth planning, forecasting, safety and enforcement purposes. The PMC specialises in ship mooring analyses.
The Witteveen+Bos network covers all Dutch ports and also includes international port authorities, contractors and oil and gas companies. We advise international financial institutions, governments and private-market parties all over the world. We participate in PIANC boards and committees, CUR committees and CEDA. We occupy a chair at the Technical University of Delft.
