Our company is in the forefront in civil engineering works- on land, in the water and underground. This expertise is exploited in developing innovative solutions. For instance, in the congested inner city of Amsterdam, Witteveen+Bos is lead consultant in planning and designing highly advanced underground infrastructure for rapid passenger transport. In Indonesia, major land reclamation projects are being undertaken in low-lying areas with soft subsoils. Jetties, wharves, navigation channels and different types of coastal protection projects are carried out in countries around the world.
